We've been open for about 10 months now. During these months, we've had some great people who walked through that door and gave us a shot at helping them care for their mouths. We did our best, and in return, they have become our loyal patients. We've had some amazing success with our cases and I'd love to share some of our best ones yet.
We took a course in customer service. So far, we've gotten some pretty good feedback from patients who noticed a difference between our office and ones they've been to before. Providing customer service like the Ritz Carlton, as the course taught us, has won the hearts of many patients. That has helped them decide to make a life long commitment to continue coming to us for their dental needs. They know they are in good hands when they can tell that the manager, assistant and even the doctor are putting in that one extra degree of effort.
